Why Yoga, and Why Now

I discovered yoga while dancing professionally. It steadied me, helping me arrive calm and present, and before each performance, it brought me back to my body and breath. It supported recovery and helped prevent injuries. When I stepped away from dance, I dove deeper, studying yoga and earning my certifications.

Since then, I’ve also become a Holistic Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer. I love how these modalities work together to help people build sustainable, real-life habits for their well-being.

Until recently, most of my work was facilitating workshops on stress, anxiety, and burnout for organizations. I loved it, but I often wondered how much truly sticks once people return to their busy lives. I realized healing has to be embodied; we need support shifting out of the busy mind and into a felt sense of peace and calm.

So I pivoted to lead with yoga, then use workshops to integrate what the body learns. This shift also keeps me accountable; I need space to pause, heal, and return to center, too. From that honest place, I can say:

“I get it. I’m in it too. Let’s move through it together, even if it’s just for thirty minutes.”

My classes are an open invitation to reset, restore, and rise—together.

When I’m not supporting others in their healing, you’ll find me in nature, dancing, hiking, spending time at the beach, taking long walks, speaking French, dreaming up travel plans, or sharing great food with great company.
